Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Work Begins

Clients may cancel within 3 days of deposit payment for a full refund, minus any transaction fees.

2. Cancellation After Work Begins

Once work has commenced (design drafts, development), cancellations are:

• Refundable only on unbilled hours

• Deposit is non-refundable

3. Change Requests

Minor changes are included. Major changes requiring new timelines/effort may incur additional charges.

4. Refund Requests

Requests must be submitted in writing. We review within 3 business days.

5. Late or Non-Payment

Failure to pay within agreed terms may result in project suspension and collection actions.
