1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and services provided by Techarpe (“Company”, “we”, “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide web design, development, hosting, and related digital services. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are set in your service agreement/quotation.

3. Contract Formation

A contract is formed when the client accepts our proposal and pays the required deposit. We reserve the right to refuse service.

4. Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and requested materials (content, login access, graphics) promptly. Delays may affect delivery timelines.

5. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are:

• 50% deposit upfront

• 50% upon completion
  All payments must be made before final delivery and project launch.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs remain the property of Techarpe until full payment is received. After final payment, ownership transfers to the client except for proprietary tools/frameworks.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages. Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use indicates acceptance.
